Hiring the right team members is more than just finding people you like. You are the coach and you have an opportunity to build your GOAT team!

Time and time again I hear employee and personnel issues are the most stressful and time consuming issues owners and managers encounter. Everyone wants to believe it will be different with his business…after all he is building the business with friends or family members who care the most about him or she has spent hours researching each task for each position she is hiring. The truth can be hard to swallow but here it is:

Employee And Personnel Issues Will Be One Of Your Leading Causes Of Stress!

There isn’t one perfect solution to guaranteeing a perfect hire. But we can create a system that minimizes the risks and maximizes the potential for a successful hire. That could be as simple as developing a list of questions that every applicant is asked, creating a list of minimum skills each applicant must possess to be moved forward in the process, or as in-depth of using personality trait exams to help you.

Regardless of the route you take, hiring is too important of a task to complete haphazzardly or in an effort to appease others. Remember YOU are the leader of this team and it is UP TO YOU to create your GOAT team!
